There are different rates for the VSE 2018 Annual Conference: the early bird rate for those who pre-register by the 12th of March and the normal rate for those who register when formal registration opens after the programme is final. There is also a difference in rates for VSE members and non-members. Please check the registration page for details.
Pre-registered participants will be notified by e-mail and given access to a form with the early bird fee. They will have to complete their formal registration within 14 days, after that the early bird option is closed.
Those who haven’t pre-registered will be able to register normally by clicking a button on this website.
Conference registration will be confirmed once the full registration and payment process has been completed. Participants will receive an instant confirmation e-mail. Please check it carefully and notify us of any errors.
You may change your workshop choices by contacting Victim Support Sweden at firstname.lastname@example.org up until the 14th of May. The workshop participants will be locked and final on the morning of the 15th. No changes can be made after that due to printing of documents, participant lists and name badges.
